Time Window
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issue. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

- Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup/exchange or process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, or store credit, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Change-of-mind returns after the product has been used
